I FEEL SORRY FOR MOURINHO - KLOPP

The Chelsea boss is struggling for friends after a woeful
start to the season, but his Liverpool counterpart says he
knows what he is going through and feels he has not
stagnated
Jurgen Klopp has expressed sympathy for Jose Mourinho as a poor
start to the season leaves him on the brink of the sack at Chelsea.
Reports have suggested that Mourinho's time at Stamford
Bridge could come to an end if his side lose to Klopp's Liverpool on
Saturday, having led the Premier League champions through a
woeful defence of their title so far, as they sit 15th after 10
league games.
However, the new Reds boss insists it is possible for Mourinho
to turn it around - pointing to his own experiences as proof that it
is possible
Borussia Dortmund fell out of the Bundesliga title picture
spectacularly last season under Klopp, and went into the winter
break bottom of the pile before recovering and scraping European
qualification.
"I wasn't interested in what was being said in public last season,"
Klopp said of those struggles. "I had a responsibility to the Dortmund
fans and players.
"If people didn't understand our problems, then I didn't care. You
have to rule your own situation.
"Most of the problems are in the press conferences when you have
to find the answers. Sometimes you don't have the time to change
things between matches.
"Mourinho isn't a worse coach than last year. The players aren't
worse than last year. Things happen. I feel for him as I had
something similar but it's not the end of the world. They can still
play football and that's our problem."
Clashes between Liverpool and Chelsea have taken on an extra edge
in recent years, with the sides' rivalry intensifying off the back of
the Merseyside club's contentious Champions League semi-final win in
2005.
But Klopp pointed out that this season's clash may not live up to the
billing.
"It is a big match but in 15 years in football I've had some big
matches," he added. "I don't read the newspapers so I don't know
what you think about this game but it wouldn't change anything if
I knew it because I am full of motivation to win games.
"The better the opponent the more excited the world around us is.
Maybe in history it was a great game. Now it is ninth versus 15th."

‘This is team work I said I know people but there are people that I
accept from other people in our team that I trust without even
knowing them.’
‘May be those that are having problem in the National Assembly I
doubt if I have meet him in my life but then I am working with
others.’

‘I did not work into the presidency alone. I have to defend on all

conformity with the constitution of the Federal Government in that
ministerial appointment must reflect the 36 states of the country.

And that these minister nominees though representing their states
some will not have portfolios but will be part of his cabinet.
‘We can not work outside the constitution there must be a cabinet
representative from each state.’
‘There use to be forty two ministers but I think we can bearly keep
half of that now because we can not afford it.

Breaking News: Drama as A-Court panel disagree over Saraki’s trial

The propriety of the 13-count criminal charge against the Senate President, Dr. Olubukola Saraki has created a sharp division among Appeal Court Justices.
Whereas Justice Moore Adumein dismissed the appeal that was lodged by Saraki as lacking in merit, another member of the panel, Justice J.E. Ekanem upheld the appeal, declaring the charge before the CCT
as incompetent.

Justice Ekanem specifically quashed the charge and discharged Saraki
on the basis that the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Justice, M. M. S. Hassan who signed the charge, did not specify who
authorised him to initiate the criminal proceeding. “A look at the charge showed that Mr. Hassan instituted the action
pursuant to section 24 of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act, 2004 which permits only the Attorney General of the Federation to initiate criminal proceedings”.

Justice Ekanem stressed that though the constitution permits the Solicitor-General of the Federation, SGF, to commence criminal action in the absence of the AGF, he said that Hassan failed to produce any document showing that he was properly authorised by the SGF. “The opening paragraph of the letter Hassan sent to the CCT on September 11, wherein he applied to commence trial against the
appellant is very instructive. “He merely said ‘ I am authorised to file this action’ but did not say that he was authorised by the Solicitor-General. He went short of
identifying who authorised him.

“It is therefore my view that the charge before the tribunal is incompetent. It is for this view that I hold that this appeal has
succeeded and I hereby set-aside the charge and discharge the accused person”, Justice Ekanem held. However, the third member of the panel , Justice M. Mustapha,
concurred with the lead verdict which declined to quash the charge against Saraki.
Earlier, leader of the panel, Justice Adumein dismissed Saraki’s appeal, saying he should go to the tribunal to answer the charge
against him.

He held that Justice Danladi Umar-led tribunal was properly constituted to try the offences against Saraki, noting that he was
not charged in his official capacity, but as an individual. Justice Adumein placed reliance on paragraph 15(1) of the Fifth
Schedule to the 1999 Constitution and section 20(2) of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act, 2004, and held that the two- man panel of Justices at the tribunal formed a quorum to entertain
the charge.

“The above provisions are very clear and unambiguous and should be given their ordinary meaning. This is in line with the golden rule of interpretation. There is no provision on minimum number of members which the tribunal must have before it can sit to hear cases”. Justice Adumein held that the charge was competently instituted, saying the tribunal had the requisite powers to issue bench warrant against Saraki.
He dismissed all five grounds of appeal that Saraki filed before the court for want of merit.

Saraki had gone before the appellate court to query the legality of the charge against him. He was among other offences, alleged to have owned and operated foreign bank accounts while being a public officer.
However, aside challenging the charge, Saraki also queried the constitutionality of the warrant of arrest that was initially issued against him by Chairman of the CCT, Justice Umar.

Besides, the embattled Senate President, through his team of lawyers led by a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Mr. J.B. Daudu, SAN, wants the higher court to ascertain whether the Justice Umar-led panel subscribed to the appropriate legal procedure when it ordered him to mount the dock and enter his plea to the charge despite preliminary objections against his trial. He described the criminal proceeding that was initiated against him by the Federal Ministry of Justice as “a politically motivated witch-
hunt”.

He begged the appellate court to quash the proceeding of the tribunal and discharge him, a request that was refused by two
members of the appeal court panel today.

More details soon.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEEING SOMEONE, DATING SOMEONE AND BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE!!!

Over the years when we were still teenagers,we hear a lot of people say stuffs like " I'm dating her" or "we are in a relationship" or "we are seeing each other". But little did we know about the meaning of these terms. Are they all the same?? Or are they different??? Let's find out.

From my own point of view,I think these things are different from each other. Let me explain.

Seeing Someone - This is a casual and early stage where you guys are getting to know each other. I will call this the normal friendship point because it is not official. Here, you guys get to see each other once in a while, talk about some stuffs and hang out. The purpose of seeing someone is to become friends.

Dating Someone - On the other hand, dating someone is the latter stage in which you guys are FAIRLY committed to each other. In this stage, you guys can go out to exclusive places like eateries, probably to discuss deep stuffs about each person's goal and vision. Mind you ,this is the dating stage and in this stage, you are allowed to see other people and go out with them.

It is official but it does not restrict you from meeting other people because you guys are fairly committed to each other. It is just a means of seeing if you guys are compatible for each other and to learn each others flaws and weakness.

Being in a relationship with someone - This is quite complicated. This has passed the stage of seeing or dating him. Here you have no right to date other people because you are FULLY committed to this person. By this time, you guys have learnt each other's flaws and weakness and have accepted to live with it. Here you guys have seen and known that you have the same mind.

This is much more than feelings,it is about your future. Every good relationship will lead to marriage. You can see anyone or date anyone, but you can't just be in a relationship with anyone. Dating is like window shopping while a relationship is the real shopping. You guys are responsible for each other and you ought to introduce your partner to friends and family if possible.

People fail to have a fruitful relationship because they just jump into it or they probably mistake dating for a relationship. Finally a relationship is something that the two parties must sit down carefully and analyze before going into it because it is the closest stage to marriage and commitment is not quite easy but the key.

If you have other views and facts against or with this, please do well to comment below.

See you at the top!!

Buhari: What Nigeria Must Do to Benefit from Partnership with Other Countries

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday in New Delhi, India, declared
that Nigeria and other African countries must work harder to achieve
greater political stability and security before they could enjoy the full
benefits of partnership arrangements such as the India-Africa Forum.

A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media
and Publicity, Mr. Garba Shehu, said the president made the declaration
while addressing the plenary session of the third summit of the forum.
Buhari said to attract the massive investment in-flows which Africa
needed to overcome the challenges of unemployment and wealth
creation, Nigeria and other African countries must also establish policy
environments that guarantee the sanctity of contracts on the basis of
the rule of law.

The president told the gathering that since its inception in May this
year, his administration had been working with determination to establish
these preconditions for rapid socio-economic development and re-focus
governance on the real needs of ordinary Nigerians.
He said: “As a government, we have demonstrated our strong
determination to change the direction and content of governance,
including the management of our resources through accountability,
transparency and result-orientation in governance.

“We are confident that India, as a tested friend and dependable
partner, will always stand shoulder to shoulder with us in the discharge
of the mandate entrusted to us by our people.”
The president expressed the hope that the India-Africa Forum would
deepen, in practical terms, the South-South Cooperation that countries
of the South had desired for so long.
“The current international economic and political environment is far from
being favourable, particularly for developing countries. Fresh political
conflicts have erupted, accentuated by terrorism and extremism in the
most awful forms.
“Trans-border crimes, illegal arms trade, irregular migration and
cybercrimes have all added to the new global threats that demand our
collective action.

“Furthermore, the world is facing the challenge of Climate Change in
which Africa remains badly affected with severe threats to food
security and social stability.
“From the West to the East, North to South, virtually every country in
our respective regions is faced with unacceptable levels of poverty,
unemployment and a youth bulge.
“India and Africa must develop a new spirit of solidarity, cooperation and
partnership to confront these emerging threats. We must recognise that,
in this globalised age, we all live interconnected lives in a fragile planet.
We must therefore work together to uplift the lives of our people in a
manner that preserves the sustainability of our living environment.

“These challenges call for a renewed sense of urgency among African
countries for economic development. It is an open secret that Africa
possesses all the prerequisites to become a major growth region of the
world.
“There is therefore the need for India and Africa to strive together to
build a virile framework for partnership and cooperation in order to
address common challenges in key areas including health, education,
interconnectivity, power and employment generation as well as the
strengthening of institutions of governance and democracy,” Buhari told
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and African Heads of State and
Government.

The president said that although African countries had a number of
partnership arrangements with other countries of the world, the India-
Africa Forum promised to be different because, “it is not only a
partnership between friends, but between countries and peoples who
have had similar historical experiences of colonial rule”, he added.
He noted that the immense potential of the forum was already evident
in the growing volume and improved terms of trade between Africa and
India as well as the increasing presence of several Indian enterprises in
Africa.

China threatens to LAUNCH WAR on US

Naval commander Admiral Wu Shengli told officials that a minor incident could spark a major conflict in the South China Sea.
The terrifying remark was made during talks after a US warship sailed close to one of Beijing's man-made islands in the disputed Spratly archipelago.
Its sovereignty has been claimed by a number of nations.

China hit out at Washington over the patrol, which is the most significant American challenge yet to its territorial limits.
Admiral Shengli said: "If the United States continues with these kinds of
dangerous, provocative acts, there could well be a seriously pressing situation between frontline forces from both sides on the sea and in the air, or even a minor incident that sparks war.

"I hope the US side cherishes the good situation between the Chinese and US navies that has not come easily and avoids these kinds of incidents from happening again." Admiral Wu Shengli made the terrifying remark during talks between the
US and Beijing Speaking earlier a Washington official said naval chiefs had agreed to follow protocols in a bid to avoid clashes.

A US Navy spokesman stressed their position that operations were meant
to "protect the rights, freedoms, and lawful uses of the sea and airspace guaranteed to all nations under international law".
Multiple nations have claimed sovereignty over the Spratly Islands In May China warned the US that war is "inevitable" if the country continues to meddle with the Asian superpower's activities.

Beijing vowed to increase its focus on offensive capabilities rather than
its current defensive stance.
Officials highlighted a "grave and complex array of security threats" as
the reason for the switch, including its ongoing territorial row in the
South China Sea.

MAKE YOUR BUSINESS FLOURISH!!!

Billionaires are not salary earners. You will never become successful if you are working for someone. Every successful man you see today is a business man. But what is business?? No long definition..Simply put,a business is any venture that you go into with the mindset of making profit. If you do not profit from it,it is more like charity. Life is business because over 50% of mankind live in business. A human will not receive anything in life if he does not give out something in return.

Check out amazing tips necessary to make your business flourish

- Every business has a vision

If you want to be successful, you must intentionally make up your mind to dream big..You must have a clear and bright view of where you are going to and you must give yourself a deadline.Every vision without a deadline is vague.it is vision that helps you stay in business in the midst of aridity. Never start a business because you have capital but because you have vision and ideas on how to run the business.

- Mission

Your mission is how you want to go about your vision.it is the provision that empowers vision. The reality and steps to achieve your vision which is the mission should be known only by you lest other competitors will know your trick.Your mission is your competitive asset.

- See yourself as self employed.

Never do business because you want to survive. Always note that your business money is not your money.your business should pay you because you work for it.learn to separate your business from you.

- Always commit to excellence

Everything you do,ensure its at its best.always strive to get the best.Do not settle for less.Your dressing, speech, website, cards, etc should be exceptional.

-Have a workaholic mentality

An average american works at least 60 hours every week.40 hours per week is an average working time for a mediocre and only necessary for survival. Weekends are an extra time to catch up for work days and not fully for rest. Utilize your time and use it wisely to achieve what you ought to achieve.

- Dedicate yourself to life long learning.

The greatest way of learning is by reading books and histories of those ahead. Reading expands your mind to great and new ideas. Every great leader and business person must cultivate the habit of reading anything that comes his / her way. You will remain stagnant in your mind ability if you fail to open up to new ideas gotten from reading.

- .Have a customer service mind

No matter how ugly or bad mannered your customers are, they are the reason you came into business. Understand them, and have a friendly atmosphere around them. Everyone will always return to the place where he / she was treated right. There is this popular saying " Customers are always right " Treat them as though you are preparing them to come tomorrow.

- Self Discipline.

Discipline is the ability to stay focused even in the midst of distraction. It is doing when, how and what you want to do,no matter how you feel.Do not be deceived by your feelings as it is selfish and egocentric. A great man does a task because it is necessary, a poor man does a task to relive tension. No matter how tired or stressed out you may be,always strive to achieve what you set as a target. Discipline is the key.

- .Creativity

It is not sold in the market or gotten from any book. it requires a man to think very high. it is the ability to remodify previous thoughts and deeds. Creativity gives you an edge over people in the same line of business with you. Creativity is not a gift,it is working your mind to becoming elastic.

- Get around the right people.

Rich men live together. Birds of the same feathers flock together they say.Relationships are assets.Consciously find, build, maintain and grow them. Always strive to associate yourself with people on the same platform with you. Look for a mentor who will guide you through and Life in business will be a lot less stressful.

- Have a good relationship with failure.
Failure is not a bad thing. it only teaches you how not to fail the same way again. it opens you up to new ideas. No matter how successful a man is,there is always an element of failure in it. If you get 98% out of 100%, it is a magnificent result. But no matter how magnificent it seems, their is a failure rate of 2% in it. So don't feel bad when you fail. Take it as a way of opening your eyes to seeing newer ways of achieving that target. If you do not fail in business, then you are not doing something BIG!!

- Branding

No man appreciates a perfect branding when the brander is not branded. Always have great branding and packaging, it attracts people automatically to you.

BEN CARSON TAKES THE LEAD IN NEW POLL!!

Ben Carson has seized the national lead from Donald Trump in a new poll, in a development sure to force the billionaire businessman to modify his well-polished campaign stump boast that he's "leading every poll." Released ahead of Wednesday's third Republican presidential primary
debate, the CBS News/New York Times Poll showed Carson leading nationally with 26 percent, to Trump's 22 percent.

The survey follows a string of Iowa polls that showed the retired neurosurgeon pulling ahead in the first-in-the-nation caucus state. Trump, who had led the field nationally and in key states since the
summer, has tried to downplay the results but on Tuesday acknowledged Carson is gaining momentum.

"Ben Carson is now doing well," Trump said in an interview Tuesday
morning on MSNBC.
At the same time, Trump has made clear he plans to challenge Carson at
Wednesday's primary debate as the two battle for the top spot.
Trump previously called Carson "low energy" and questioned his immigration
stance. On Tuesday, he predicted Carson would have to deal with more
scrutiny from all directions.
"One thing I know about a frontrunner, you get analyzed 15 different
ways from China. A lot of things will come out," he said.
He continued to tout his own numbers and support.
"I have tremendous crowds and tremendous love in the room and, you
know, we seem to have hit a chord. But some of these polls coming out,
I don't quite get it. I was No. 1 pretty much in Iowa from the
beginning, and I would say we're doing very well there. So I'm a little
bit surprised," he said. "The other polls, as you know, in other states are
extraordinary."
The most recent Iowa poll showing Carson ahead was conducted by
Monmouth University and released Monday. It showed Carson leading
Trump by 14 points, his biggest lead to date.
Trump has led the Republican field nationally in almost every poll until
now.
The CBS News/New York Times survey showed the rest of the
candidates trailing in single digits. Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was in third
with 8 percent, followed by former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and former HP
chief Carly Fiorina with 7 percent.
The poll of 575 GOP primary voters was taken Oct. 21-25, and had a
margin of error of 6 percentage points.

BECOME THE CEO OF YOUR MIND!!!

Many of us spend an exorbitant amount of time and energy -- not to mention money -- taking care of our bodies, and trying to keep
ourselves looking and feeling our best. But when it comes to the mind, less attention (literally) is paid. Taking care of the mind can come as an afterthought, and often we think of the mind as something outside of our own control.
Most people keep thinking the same kind of thoughts, and visualize the same mental images in an unconscious automatic manner. This means they keep viewing the same movie in their minds, and consequently, go on creating and living the same kind of life. You can change the thoughts and images in your mind, which is
equivalent to inserting a new cassette into the VCR of the mind. As thoughts create events and circumstances, by changing the habitual thoughts, life's events and circumstances change too.

Most people don't know or don't believe that it is possible to change their way of thinking. The reality of this possibility has never occurred to them. There are people who have the knowledge and make the effort. If they persist in their efforts to become more conscious of their thinking
process, and attempt to control and filter the contents of their minds, they realize in a practical and direct way that their thoughts are creative and possess power.
Silencing the mind is a higher stage that very few know about, and fewer take practical steps to achieve. If and when one reaches this goal he realizes that he is not his mind or his thoughts, but something beyond.

He realizes and experiences in a very clear and direct manner the reality of his True Essence, and the illusion of what is called "reality".The ability of silencing the mind is the key to finding the button that turns the mind on and off, as we wish. When we are able to turn it off at will, we experience serenity of mind, strength, confidence and
happiness. When the mind and its thoughts are quiet, we are able to use the mind in a most effective way.

Silencing the thoughts and the incessant, tiring, consuming chatter of the mind makes enjoy peace and happiness. At this stage, we become the boss of the mind.

- Conquering the mind

A strong power of concentration makes it easier to free the mind from thoughts. When there are no thoughts to distract, one becomes fully aware and conscious of the true eternal inner being. This is the goal of
spiritual seekers, yogis and saints. This is the secret goal beyond every tradition and religion. This secret is yours to live and enjoy, if you strive towards it.

The mind is responsible for everything that happens. It is the creator of everything in the world. The world is dependent on the mind for its existence. When in deep sleep with no dreams, are you conscious of the
world? Is someone in a swoon, conscious of the world? No, consciousness of the world happens only when the mind is active. In deep meditation, when the mind is quiet the world seems to disappear. When you master your mind, you master your world. When you are able to silence the mind, you free yourself of negative habits and attitudes. Then the mind cannot influence the way you feel, your moods, and your behavior.

When you can silence the mind, at least for a while, you realize that you are not the mind. It is a sort of energy that occupies your attention incessantly. For someone who encounters this approach for the
first time, it may sound weird and silly. Someone who has practiced meditation for some time, or is conversant with the Eastern philosophies will understand and accept these words. From this inner silence, you can look at the mind, understand what it is, and come to know its nature and how and why it works.

While working towards this inner state, the mind usually suggests all kinds of reasons and excuses why it is better not to bring it under control. It wants to be free and roam wherever it likes. It believes that if it is silenced, life will cease to be. It cannot accept that life can go on without its incessant chatter and inner dialogues. It is false logic, as the mind cannot know what is beyond it. The moment it is silenced it
does not participate in what happens after this silence. Then how can it experience a state in which it is absent? It cannot think about a state it has never experienced.

There is no vacuum in nature. When the mind is made quiet, something "new" steps in. It is the Universal Consciousness, Spirit, the creative power, your "inner I". You can call it whatever you want. It is a power
that has always existed, and it is in us, it is us. It is our true Consciousness, which we have forgotten.

- The Power of Thoughts

If you keep thinking about difficulties, fears and failure your life will mirror these thoughts. If you keep thinking about your current circumstances you will keep recreating them. Most people get caught in this way of thinking, and consequently, attract into their lives the same kind of
events and circumstances over and over again.

1. You can change your thoughts, and can choose the thoughts you want. Doing so. will change your life.
2. You can, right now, start painting new, beautiful, and positive images in your mind.
3. You can refuse to look at the old pictures and scenes that fill your mind.
4. You can look at the mental pictures of your choice, even if your actual circumstances are very different from these mental images.
5. you can choose, which film to play in the projection room of your mind.
6. You can choose, which pictures and painting to hang in the inner room of your mind.

Does a feeling of power surge through you now, as you read these lines? You can master your life! Thoughts are the inner strings that pull circumstances and situations. You can be the one pulling these strings and make your life happier and
more satisfying. When you are the boss of your mind you have the power to improve your inner and emotional life, your material and financial status and your spiritual awareness.

Some make a mediocre change; some go further, and make greater changes. How far you go is dependent on your ability to choose your thoughts and change the contents of your mind. Some people, aspire higher, not just to change their thoughts, but to find the source of their thoughts, and discover the button that turns it on and off. If they are successful, they unfold the secret that many have sought down the ages.
Becoming the boss of your mind enables you to think about what you want, when you want to, and stop being influenced by outside forces.

In its higher degree, this ability takes you beyond the mind, and you will recognize your mind as it is, a tool for your use. You will be able to experience a higher state of consciousness, about which all the spiritual
traditions of the world have always taught about, and toward which
they pointed.

You can't go where your mind has not gone.it is the principal tool for your success.

See you at the top!!

9 SUCCESS FACTORS FOR PERSONAL GROWTH

There are nine success factors that you must know in order to start moving forward in life. Each one of these success factors has been proven to be critical to the achievement of the best life possible for
any given person. By systematically implementing one or more of these
success factors into your life, you can put your foot on the accelerator of your own career and achieve the best life for yourself.

1. EDUCATION

The first of the nine success factors is education. In our society, the highest paid people are those who know more than the average. They know more of the critical facts, ideas and information than the
average person in their field. As a result, they can make a more valuable contribution to a knowledge-based society and live the best life possible.

They are valued more, respected more and ultimately paid more money and promoted more often. The rule is that, “to earn more, you must learn more.” If you want to increase your level of income and achieve the best life for yourself, you must increase your level of intellectual capital and
thereby the value of the knowledge component of what you are doing.

2. SKILL

The second of the nine success factors that you can use to achieve the best life possible is simply “Skill.” Your level of ability in your field will determine the quality and quantity of your results. The better you
get at what you do, the easier it is for you to start moving forward to get a particular level of results. As you increase your skill, through study and experience, you get
better and better at doing the small things that increase the speed and predictability of your results.

3. CONTACTS

The third success factor for moving forward and achieving the best life is by developing an ever-widening circle of contacts. You will find that every major change in your life is accompanied by a person or persons who either opens or closes doors for you. The possibility of the best life for you will be determined by the number of people who
know you and like you and who are willing to help you.

In order to broaden your network of contacts, you must network continually, at every opportunity. There seems to be a direct relationship between the number of people you know and how successful you are.

4. MONEY

One of the most important of the success factors is “money.” Having money in the bank gives you greater freedom and the ability to take advantage of opportunities when they come along. If you are broke, or in debt, you have very few options open to you. One of the most important things I ever learned in life is that you are only as free as your options. If you have no options, you have no freedom. If you are stuck in a dead-end job that you cannot leave
because you have no money set aside, you have put a brake on your potential.

You are locked in place and have no option for moving forward. You can end up spinning your wheels and losing months and years of your time by the very fact that you have no choice but to accept whatever is being handed to you.

5. GOOD WORK HABITS

The fifth of the success factors that enables you to get far more done in a shorter period of time is simply “good work habits.”
Your ability to increase your ROTI, or “Return on Time Invested” can enable you to accomplish vastly more in a shorter period of time than another person who is disorganized and sloppy.

Developing good work habits requires that you think before acting. You make a list and set priorities on the list before you begin. Good work habits require that you consider the likely consequences, positive or negative of what you are doing.

6. POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE

The sixth success factor for your career and life is to reduce the amount of time that it takes you to achieve your goals is by
developing a “positive mental attitude.” A positive mental attitude is very much a decision that you make. Remember, you become what you do. If you engage in the same activities that positive, confident,
optimistic people engage in, you will eventually become one of them and live your best life possible.

Anyone can remain positive when things are going well. It is your ability to look for the good in every situation that you see positive and start moving forward in life.

7. POSITIVE IMAGE

The seventh of the success factors you can incorporate into your lifestyle, and one that can help you achieve the best life for yourself, is the development of a positive image. People judge you by the way you look on the outside, by the way you appear. The fact is that you judge everyone else by the way they look on the outside, as well.
Taking time to present an attractive image in your person, your clothing, your grooming and your accessories can have an inordinate impact on the doors that open for you and the people who are willing
to help you start moving forward in your life.

8. CREATIVITY

Creativity is another wonderful way to start moving forward in life and to increase the speed at which you achieve your goals. Creativity is something that requires that you continually look for better, faster,
easier, cheaper ways to get the job done. Remember, one good idea is
all you need to start a fortune.

9. CHARACTER

Perhaps the most important of the success factors to accelerating your life is your character. Self-discipline combined with honesty will open countless doors for you. Trust is the foundation of all relationships. When people know you and believe in you and are convinced that they can trust you to keep your word and do what you say you will do, they will feel that they are far more likely to get the things they want through you, to get the things they want,
faster, sooner, easier and with greater certainty.

Thank you for reading this article on moving forward and living the best life possible. Do you know of any other success factors that can help accelerate your life and career? Please share your thoughts and

Ministerial List: Buhari’s has made right choices – Atiku

Former Vice President and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress,Atiku Abubakar, yesterday, affirmed that President Muhammadu Buhari, has made right choices with the nominees in his incoming
cabinet, expressing optimism that they will be agents of change, who will place the country above any parochial interest.
Atiku, who spoke in Kano, through the chairman, Atiku Loyalists Group, Alhaji Muhammadu Sugar, against the backdrop insinuations, that he (Atiku) was not happy with the list of ministers, stated that
he was happy with the list.

Sugar, pointed that the calibre of persons who made the list have provided him (Atiku) hope that the country was on the right path. Also refuting media reports that Atiku was among the big losers on the ministerial list, for not having a candidate, Alhaji Sugar stressed that in the first place, Atiku never sought for any of his supporters to be on the list.

According to him, the minister-nominee from his Adamawa home town, Musa Muhammad, is just like a son to Atiku.
He however, noted that presently, the country needed the joint contributions of the teeming masses of the country, if the real change Nigerians were yearning for would be possible. According to him, the populace must be ready to rally round
President Buhari to effect the change.

It has not been easy for me - Donald trump

Donald Trump enjoys his reputation as a magnate whose own smarts and business savvy made him a billionaire, but he acknowledgedvMonday that his father helped him out — with a “small” million-dollar loan. “It has not been easy for me,” the Republican Party frontrunner in
the 2016 presidential nomination race told an NBC television-hosted town hall in New Hampshire.

“I started off in Brooklyn. My father gave me a small loan of a million dollars,” he said, noting that he had to pay back his father, New York self-made millionaire real estate mogul Fred Trump, with interest.
“But I came into Manhattan and I started buying properties, and I did great.”

The comments raised eyebrows during a campaign season where conservative voters have all but rejected former Florida governor Jeb Bush, the son and brother of two former presidents, in favor of self-made political outsiders like Trump and retired pediatric neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who grew up poor.

Questioned about the remarks, Trump acknowledged that hisbcircumstance might sound easy to the average voter. “You’re right, but $1 million isn’t very much compared to what I’ve built,” he told NBC.
“I mean, I’ve built one of the great companies, but it’s always been, you know, you can’t do this, you can’t do that.”

Trump pegs his own worth at an astounding $10 billion, but Forbes
magazine has put it closer to $4.5 billion.
Trump worked for a time for his father, who built thousands of residences in Brooklyn. In the 1970s, he struck out on his own by constructing several buildings in Manhattan, many of which now bear the Trump name. His business has gone global, and he has developed hotels, golf courses,
resorts and luxury high-rise residence buildings around the world.

ISIS captives tied to ancient columns and blown up

ISIS, which comes up with more and more heinous methods of execution, has ramped up its cruelty: Members of the group tied three people to the pillars in the ancient sectionbof Palmyra and killed them by detonating the pillars, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported .
The group said it learned of the killings from local sources inbthe city, which has been under ISIS control since May.

The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights relies on activists inside Syria to document human rights violations in the country . Not much else is known about the executions, including the names of the men or what they were accused of.
But ISIS has killed for the slightest of offenses and used brutal ways to do so.
In another recent execution, ISIS ran over a member of the Syrian military with a tank "because he ran over dead bodies
of the Islamic State soldiers by tank."

Some sentenced to death have been forced to dig their gravesbwith their own hands before being put to death. ISIS, also known as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, has
taken over large swaths of both nations in an effort to create a caliphate. Where the group holds sway, it has imposed harsh
Islamic Sharia law.

ISIS jihadists seized control of Palmyra, a UNESCO WorldHeritage Site, and the surrounding area from Syrian government forces on May 20. Since then, the Islamic
extremists have beheaded the antiquities expert who looked after the ruins and set about demolishing their architectural
riches. In August, they leveled two temples of immense cultural significance -- the Temple of Bel and the Temple of Baalshamin -- prompting outrage and condemnation from around the world.

The Arch of Triumph, consisting of one large arch flanked by two smaller ones, opened onto Palmyra's elegant Colonnade. The top of the arch was decorated with "beautiful geometrical and
plant ornaments," the Syrian antiquities directorate said. The militants, however, are unapologetic over their step-by-
step trashing of one of the world's most important ancient sites, publishing photos of some of the destruction .

Palmyra, northeast of Damascus, is known as the "bride of the desert" for its magnificent collection of structures along a
historical trade route that once linked Persia, India and China with the Roman Empire.

No justification for electricity tariff hike – Stakeholders

NIGERIANS have been thrown into confusion over whose authority supersedes on the issue of electricity tariff increase. No sooner than President Muhammadu Buhari, assured Nigerians that there will be no
hike until supply improved significantly, than the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, last week declared a new tariff regime effective from November 1.

Stakeholders note that the new tariff is more than 40 percent higher than the current levels and will be the second time in nine months, even as there has been no significant improvement in the electricity supply situation in the country. While some consumers admit to better supply in some locations, majority however, insist that the situation is even worse than before,
as they enjoy the scarce commodity only for a few hours late into the night, when it is really of no use to them.

No justification: Reacting to the development, an advocacy group, Nigerian Electricity Consumers Advocacy, NECAN, said the recent “consultations” on tariff carried out by electricity distribution
companies, DISCOS, were a mere trick to justify tariff hike. According to NECAN President, Mr. Tomi Akingbogun, “We believe NERC is allowing the public to be over billed by allowing the DISCOs
justify the increases. Otherwise, how can it be explained NERC allowed a tariff hike of 12.5 to 48 percent in January, and allowing
same percent in October of that same year?

“NERC has allowed the DISCOs to take advantage of everyone and had changed the rules at will thereby breaking all the rules. The condition given to them was to ensure that customers are metered
before complaining of losses.” He therefore called on the President Buhari to keep his promises to Nigerians and discourage the
exploitation by the DISCos. Costs evaluation: Also commenting, the Director General, Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry, LCCI, Mr. Muda Yusuf, said
the proposed upward review in electricity tariff at this time is worrisome, as consumers should not be made to pay for inefficiency or corruption costs.

His words: “It is important to evaluate the elements of the current costs especially the integrity of procurement processes and other operational expenditure under the current dispensation. The risk of
bloated costs is typically high with such enterprises, especially as they
operate in a monopolistic environment.
“Pricing is only one component (although fundamental) in the power reform process. There are other issues such as the gas availability, security of gas infrastructure, adequacy of investment in gas infrastructure, security and adequacy of the transmission lines, and
the general framework to mitigate the risk of investment in the
sector.

“The problem of outrageous billing is yet to be addressed. The commitment to the provision of meters for electricity consumers to ensure fair billing is inadequate. A vast majority of consumers still have no meters.

Inadequaciesin billing

Yet this is fundamental to a good relationship between the power
firms and their customers. Many consumers feel exploited at this time because of the inadequacies in billing. The contentious fixed charge is still in place. “It is heart rending that the choice of
locations of many of the Independent Power Projects, IPPs, was
informed more by politics than the economics of power generation.
“Access to a major input in power generation, which is gas, was not
sufficiently taken into account. This reality has badly affected the
cost profile of the IPP projects.

 All these are complications and
challenges on the path of the power sector productivity,” he maintained.
Breaking the law: According to Section. 76 of the Electric Power Sector Reform Act. MYTO 1.0 states that there will be no increase until 2017, and only 5% will be allowed. DISCOs were given two
years to meter all customers. But they refused saying there was no
money. Grant was given them, they refused to access it. Alternatively, customers were asked to fund meter purchase and be
refunded from their bills. But for three to four years or more down the line, nothing has been done to that effect. The law does not recognise estimated billing. NERC should stop the practice, but instead it allows it on the excuse that DISCOs must make profit.

Presently, only about 40 percent electricity users are metered. Howbdoes NERC want the DISCOs to make profit from the 40%
customers captured? This is the question begging for answer if the plan is not to allow them make super profits before metering everyone.

No valid basis for hike: Against this backdrop, the Nigerian
Association for Energy Economics, NAEE, condemned attempts by
the DISCOs and NERC to increase electricity tariffs, saying that
there is no valid and empirical basis for any sort of increase.

Lagos to purchase 3 helicopters to battle crime and tackle traffic

Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode yesterday said that his administration has concluded plans to purchase three helicopters next month to enable security agencies tackle criminal activities from the air as well assist in monitoring traffic gridlock to ease movement across the
metropolis.

Ambode made the disclosure while speaking as a guest on a popular radio
programme, Soni Irabor Live (SIL) on Inspiration FM. He said he was deeply concerned about the increased spate of robbery incidents in some areas of the state, expressing optimism that the
helicopters will go a long way to aid security and traffic surveillance in
the state. He appealed to residents in the state to join hands with his
government to make it successful.

“We are in this together, all Lagosians. It is your government; you put me there; I’m your servant and I’m ready for criticism. I’m listening and I believe strongly that you have a say in this government because it is an inclusive government. No matter where you come from, no matter your creed or colour, this is your government. I appeal that Lagosians should join hands with me; tolerate whatever it is that you are seeing and make sure that you also carry out your own civic obligations.

Pay your taxes because it is the only way that Lagos can grow and you know, the bottom line is this, we all need to work
together to achieve a safer Lagos; a cleaner Lagos; and a more prosperous Lagos and that is what all of us are going to do,” he
said.

Stop demonising Jonathan’s administration- IYC tells Buhari

Ijaw youths from across the nine states of the Niger Delta under the aegis of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) has called on the President Muhammadu Buhari led federal government to make its anti-graft
crusade holistic and stop demonising the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

President of the IYC, Comrade Udengs Eradiri who spoke to newsmen in Yenagoa Sunday said for President Buhari to be taken serious about his anti corruption war, he should also cause proper investigation into how the nation oil blocs were shared and if it followed due process. His words, “if President Muhammadu Buhari is sincere with his anti corruption drive he should also visit and investigate owners of Nigeria
oil blocs. We must also investigate how those oil blocs were shared and if due process was followed?”

Continuing he said, “go to UK, almost all the houses on some streets are owned by Northerners who stole Nigeria money, so why are they just on Goodluck Jonathan’ men, just to demonized Goodluck.
“Goodluck should have won Nobel Prize for Peace. Goodluck deserves a Nobel Peace prize, Goodluck deserves respect from Nigerians, as far as we are concern the anti-corruption fight is a fight against
the Ijaw people.”

On the crusade against illegal refinery and illegal bunkering in the Niger Delta, the IYC President said the use of force alone would not stem menace and urged the federal government to put in place an economic plan as an alternative for the people of the Niger Delta region involved the business so as to discourage them from participating in the illicit trade.

He said, “we have said in the past that in as much as we support the present administration war against oil theft, it must come with an economic plan as an alternative so that as you are going in to
stop them from their way of life, provide an alternative.” “They say oil theft is economic sabotage, what of the illegal mining
that are going on in the North. Is that not worst economic sabotage? At a point there was lead poisoning as a result of illegal
mining, and the monies that they realize from illegal mining is huge, why do we not have the JTF policing illegal miners, knowing full well that the monies realize from gold illegally mined is far much more
than monies realized from stolen oil.

“Why are we not talking about those minerals in the north that are illegally mined to the pockets of individuals, why is it that only Niger Delta oil that is on the pages of newspapers.” The IYC President also expressed worry that the Single Treasury Account system is already having a toil on the economy of the country adding that the Amnesty and the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC are bearing the effects, as according to him,
projects are suffering in the region.
Eradiri said the Amnesty Programme is in jeopardy as the activities at the office is going at a snail speed because the Single Treasury Account system is making it difficult for these institutions to carry
out their constitutional and statutory functions.

The IYC however call on the President to exempt the NDDC and the Amnesty office in order for these institutions to freely carry out their responsibilities of training young people from this region as at
when due and also developing the Niger Delta. ‘We call on the President to exempt the NDDC from the Single Treasury Account. Our understanding is that institutions that are revenue generating, such as NNPC, NIMASA, NPA should generate the monies and inject them to a purse, not institutions that are set up
particularly for special purposes, like the development of the Niger Delta, with the Single Treasury Account System. Projects are suffering in this region ,the Amnesty Programme is more of a snail
speed because the TSA is making it very difficult for these institutions to carry out their constitutional and statutory functions,” he said.

Eradiri also call on the government of the United Kingdom to stay away from the Ijaw and the Niger Delta people under the pretext of fighting corruption adding that the selective persecution of the
Ijaw and the Niger Delta people by the Federal Government would no
longer be accepted. The IYC President also called for the unconditional release of the
Radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi KANU, saying he is only exercising his
rights and such there was no reason he should be arrested.

Eradiri said the issues that he raised are fundamental to theexistence of the country.
The UK government should stay away from Diezani, this was how they muscle up and now Alamieyeseigha is dead, now they have
started with Diezani, they should leave Ijaw people alone.

Gateman, relatives murder undergraduate over N32,000 motorcycle debt

Alleged mastermind of last week’s murder of a 32-year-old
undergraduate at Oworo area of Lagos, identified simply as Alliu,
weekend, gave a startling revelation of how he and four others
snuffed the life out of their victim.
Alliu, a gateman in a compound adjacent the victim’s 43/45
Olorunfunmi Street, also disclosed to the shock of all that he killed
the undergraduate to avoid paying him the sum of N32,000 debt
owed him.
The lifeless body of the deceased, Lawal Afolabi Kunbi, who was a
Business Administration student of Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo,
was reportedly discovered 12 hours after he was discovered missing.
The deceased, who owned a provision store on the same street,
reportedly sold his motorcycle to Alliu, in order to raise money to pay
his school fees, about a month ago.
However , at about 8pm last Thursday, Kunbi reportedly received a
telephone call from Alliu, informing him to come for his money. But
that was the last time he was seen alive , as his lifeless body was
reportedly found at about 9am the next day(Friday) behind Alliu’s
compound, with his five fingers chopped off, while marks of violence
were all over his body.
There  was reportedly also a  rope tied round his neck, suggesting
that he could have been strangled.
Arrest
Five persons were arrested in connection with the murder, among
them Alliu. Vanguard gathered that the blood from the spot where
Kunbi’s body was dumped was trailed to Alliu’s apartment. Further
checks on his apartment reportedly led to the discovery of a shirt
that was stained with blood and a knife suspected to have been
used to stab Kunbi to death.
Vanguard also gathered that Alliu was discovered to be cleaning the
blood stain in his apartment.
But for the intervention of a team of policemen, Alliu would have
been lynched by a mob.
Why I killed him
Shortly before he was rescued by policemen, Alliu who admitted
masterminding Kunbi’s death,  narrated how he was murdered.
He said: “ He sold a motorcycle to me for N40,000 last month  and
I paid him N8,000 with a promise to pay before the end of
October. But he kept disturbing me to pay him the balance, saying
he wanted to use it to pay his school fees. I delayed in paying
because the motorcycle developed some faults that gulped the money
I was to use to pay him.
“On that fateful day, I invited some of my relatives to my boys
quarters  because my boss was not around. We planned to kill him so
as to stop him from disturbing me.
“I called him on his phone to come and collect his money. When he
came, one of my relatives came from behind and tied a rope around
his neck. But he started struggling and we over powered him in the
process. One of us started stabbing him all over his body. I did not
know that his hands were chopped off in the process. At the end of
the day, we overpowered him. But it was not easy because he
shattered the whole louvres. When we discovered he was dead, we
wrapped him with a nylon and dumped his body at the back of the
building before 4am.
“I woke up late to avoid being linked with the murder. Immediately,
I went to fetch water from Kunbi’s compound to wash the blood
stained wall and floor. Before I finished mopping the floor, some
people barged into my apartment and started asking me questions
about the murder. I denied initially but when they discovered the
blood stained knife and his shirt, coupled with his telephone where I
was discovered to be the last caller, I had to give up.
“Please do not kill me, I am ready to cooperate by getting others
involved in this.”
At this point, the policemen who arrived the scene, rescued him
from the mob and whisked him to the station.
When contacted, spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, Mr
Joe Offor, said investigations were still ongoing.

BEING A MATURED WOMAN!!!

Do you think you are mature in relationships? Relationships can come with their own unique struggles, but there are some things that are universally immature and worth avoiding for a happier relationship.

Check out 15 things mature women don’t do in relationships.

1. They Don’t Sacrifice Other Relationships

Many people drift apart from their friends during a relationship. While this is understandable during the initial period, it is important to remember that your
friends and family have been in your life for far longer than your partner. Mature women make sure they have a happy
balance between all of their loved ones.

2. They Don’t Forget To Thank Their Partner

After you have been in a relationship for a while, it can be easy to forget to appreciate all of the little things that they do for you. Mature women realize that sharing your life with someone is a gift – so don’t forget to say please and thank you!

3. They Don’t Give Up Financial Independence

No matter how well off your partner is, completely giving up your financial independence can actually mean giving up your independence. Mature women don’t have to ask their partner for everything – it makes them feel proud and happy to be
able to buy things with their own money.

4. They Don’t Focus On Their Partner’s Bad Traits

Mature women try to focus on their partner’s best traits rather than the negative ones. They focus on the good things their partner does and says, and they try not to judge their partner for their flaws, instead understanding that they too
have flaws.

5. They Don’t Give Up Their Dreams

Mature women understand that a great relationship doesn’t drag you down – instead, it should bring out the best in you.
A good relationship encourages you to pursue your dreams, and a mature woman would struggle to be happy in a relationship if she stopped following her dreams.

6. They Don’t Think Their Version Of Happiness Is The Only One

Mature women understand that everyone’s idea of happiness is different. If their partner enjoys space, they give it to them,
and if they enjoy affection, they give them that instead. Most importantly, they do not make assumptions about how to make
their partner happy.

7. They Don’t Give Up Their Self Respect

It is normal to change slightly during a relationship, but mature women don’t allow their relationships to take away their self- respect. They don’t allow their partners to speak to them negatively or condescendingly – they expect their partner to treat them just as well as everyone else in their life.

8. They Don’t Take “I Love You” Lightly

Mature women understand the importance of those three words, so they work hard to keep the words special, no matter how long they have been with their partner. They don’t say ‘I love you’ at the end of every conversation – instead they say it at the right moments, to show their partner how
much they appreciate them.

9. They Don’t Give Up Their Happiness

Mature women understand the importance of their happiness, and that if they are not happy in a relationship, they shouldn’t
be in one. They are aware that their partner is a part of their happiness, and should be someone who can bring them happiness when they are feeling sad.

10. They Don’t Feel Like They Need To Always Be In Contact
With Their Partner

Mature women do not need constant contact in their relationships, as they have their own busy lives. They are secure enough to trust their partner when they are not with them, and find non-stop emailing and texting to be a waste of their own time.

11. They Don’t Let Their Partner Make All The Decisions

In a mature relationship both partners respect each other’s decisions. This can range from big decisions, such as getting
married and having children, to smaller ones, like which restaurant to eat at tonight. Either way, your partner should always consider and respect your decisions – and vice versa!

12. They Don’t Share Their Relationship With The World

Mature women understand the value of keeping their relationship between themselves and their partner. They dislike
the idea of the world knowing their business, so they avoid discussing their arguments on social media and instead focus on communicating with their partner to solve the problem.

13. They Don’t Give Up Their Space

Mature women know that no matter how great their relationship is, they still occasionally need time alone. From going
to the gym to curling up with a good book, mature women value their time alone and actively seek out ‘me-time’.

14. They Don’t Resent Their Partner’s Achievements

Mature women understand that loving someone means you want them to be as happy as possible. They embrace their
partner’s happiness and celebrate their achievements with them, rather than holding their partners back for more selfish
reasons.

15. They Don’t Give Up Their Identity

When you start a new relationship, it is normal to become interested in your partner’s hobbies and interests. It can be a
lot of fun to share interests together, but mature women do not let themselves lose their own interests and hobbies for someone else. Instead, they remain interested in both their partner’s hobbies and their own.

16. They are Born again Christians

This is the foundation upon which the other 15 stand.Matured women see Jesus as the center of everything they do.if you are far away from God,your relationship would be far away from perfection.

Can you think of anything else that mature women don’t do in relationships? Comment your ideas below!

A CALL TO MATURITY!!!!

It seems that we as a society have forgotten
some important values, and are generally
becoming more immature as a result. There
doesn’t seem to be a differentiation between manliness and egocentric behavior in a lot of people’s minds, which is truly sad. You have people saying things like 30 is the new 20, and grown men acting like entitled spoiled children. The truth is that once you’ve stepped into your early-20s you should have gained enough life experience to be able to behave like a mature adult.

The thing is, few young people – and too few older people as well, I’m sad to say – don’t really know what it means to be a mature man. A truly mature man is a strong and confident individual, a diligent provider, passionate and caring lover, brave protector, problem solver, careful listener, a safe port in a storm and a friend you can depend on. Being a confident individual who knows a thing or two about life, understands that others depend on him and has his priorities straight, a mature man will never exhibit behaviors
associated with inexperienced, immature and weak people. Here are the things that mature men don’t do.

- They don’t let fear keep them from
achieving happiness and success

Fear – whether it be fear of failure, fear of being reprimanded or fear of being rejected – is something that keeps most men back. Living in fear means being docile and never seizing big opportunities, which can negatively impact your career, love life, interpersonal relationships and mental well-being. A mature man knows that
fear is always present, but he knows who to
deal with it . He doesn’t hesitate to put himself out there and take some risks, particularly when the only consequence to taking an action will be a slightly bruised ego or a bit of discomfort. Mature men live on the very edge of their comfort zone and take frequent trips into the wilderness that lies beyond that edge.

- They don’t go do things just to please others

You often see young guys who start working out to impress girls, men who read up on wine tasting or art just so others perceive them as classy, and you also have those who go out of their way to come across as smart, so that their boss and coworkers will respect them more. Mature men are not motivated by what others
think – their actions are motivated by a sincere desire to improve, learn and develop in a direction that they themselves have chosen. They train to be healthier and stronger, they read books and take classes to expand their knowledge and develop skills in areas that they find useful or interesting. In other words, they know who they are and what they want, and although they respect others’ opinions, they are
only governed by what they believe is the best choice.

- They don’t create an idealized image of a woman in their mind

Many relationships fall apart when immature men realize that the image of the ideal woman that they have put on a pedestal and have been admiring all this time doesn’t really sync up with reality. Many guys go from zealous admiration to misguided misogyny when their deluded expectations aren’t met by real women.
Women are just like men – they have their
strengths and weaknesses, admirable traits and forgivable faults, desires and fears. A mature man knows this and feels much more at ease with women, seeing them as his equal, and can thus develop sincere and healthy relationships.

- They don’t get baffled by a woman’s
words or actions

Even though mature men treat women as
equals, they are aware of the simple fact that men and women are fairly different on a number of levels – e.g. from a biochemical, psychological and social standpoint. We are brought up differently and our brains are wired differently, and a mature man understands that women communicate, argue and are emotionally affected by things differently than men are.
This is why such a man is not easily baffled or angered by a woman’s words or actions, and is more than capable of seeing things from a different perspective and picking up on subtle cues – it’s not about mind reading, just about developing a deeper understanding of the female psyche and body language cues.

- They don’t hold grudges

Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
Arguments will happen between family
members, friends, lovers and coworkers, it is inevitable if you spend a lot of time with
someone. However, a clear sign of maturity is the ability to cool off after an argument and let go of all the negative feelings. You will hear the phrases “I’m sorry,” “forgive me, I was wrong to do that,” “oh, just forget about it, it’s nothing, really,” and “water under the bridge” spoken by mature men, as they give and receive apologies and move on with their lives. Harboring
resentment will poison your relationships and lead to unhappiness.

- They don’t feel insecure about their
appearance and style

Another big issue many men have is that they feel insecure about the way they look, dress and act. Insecurities lead to fear, anxiety and anger, which will negatively affect your life in many different ways. Insecure men are afraid to experiment with fashion as they don’t want to be considered feminine, and they don’t feel comfortable in their own shoes. The world has evolved, and fashion sensibilities have drastically changed. There are a number of fashion accessories that can be worn by both
sexes, and you don’t even have to sacrifice
utility for style. A mature man is confident in his appearance and unique fashion sense, and doesn’t care about a few people disapproving or making negative comments.

- They don’t allow people to bully
them

There is a difference between being
confrontational and being assertive , and it is not something that immature guys really
understand. Mature men have the self-respect, self-control and confidence to set and enforce boundaries – if others try to push too far and bully them, these men will stand their ground and project a strong dominant energy. They cannot be coerced into doing something that they don’t want to do, nor will they sit by and let someone walk all over them. There is no need for them to resort to violence or shouting
in most cases, as they can solve problems by
standing tall and speaking up for themselves in a strong stern voice.

- They don’t moan and despair when
faced with challenges

Defeatism and moaning are things that a mature man sees no need for, and has no time for. When faced with challenges this type of man will remain collected, even helping calm others and keeping their spirits up, and work on finding the right solution. Often sacrifices have to be made and plenty of hard work put into solving big problems, but this is not something that men should shy away from. It is a simple
rule that these men abide by – either put forth a constructive solution or stay quiet until you can find one. This makes the people around them feel safe and stay positive.

- They don’t see their job as something boring that they have to put up with

While some people just view their jobs as
something they need to push through
mindlessly, so that they can go home and do
what they want, the mature way of going about it is to give your best at your job and look for opportunities to improve and take your career to the next level. Mature men realize that others depend on them, so their career is a very big priority. Constantly improving and striving to earn more so that you can provide for your loved ones and still be able to afford some luxuries that will make you happy – this is the goal that these men set for themselves.

- They aren’t afraid to take action and make difficult decisions

There will be times in everyone’s life where
hard decisions need to be made, and to
overcome adversity you often need quick
thinking and the ability to take action at the
right moment. A mature man will make
reservations in advance when he wants to take his date out out, talk to his boss about a
promotion opportunity, sit his friends down
and talk them out of doing something stupid even if it means that they will get mad at him, put himself in danger to protect his loved ones or sacrifice his comfort to ensure their happiness. This doesn’t mean that mature men always know exactly what to do or have the
ability to handle any situation, but they will try to the best of their ability to ensure a favorable outcome.

- They don’t set unrealistic goals

Some people will often get disappointed and quit because they have set unrealistic goals for themselves, right from the start and are then unable to achieve them. An important aspect of maturity is being able to correctly gauge your capabilities and be honest with yourself, which allows mature men to set more realistic goals. They are patient enough to dedicate themselves to slowly making progress in the long run and
understand that the ultimate goal isn’t attaining quick results, but sustainable results.

-  They don’t let their ego get the best of them or act on impulse

In the end, the mark of a truly mature man is his ability to keep his ego under check and actually think things through before doing something. They understand that their actions might have undesired consequences and look past the immediate moment, planning their actions by anticipating what is to come, like an
experienced chess player. For example, they know that going on a shopping spree will put them in dire financial straits come the end of the month or that holding a grudge and starting a fight over little
things will only make them feel miserable in the end.

And there you have it – the things that a man must learn not to do before he can be
considered a mature adult. No one is perfect, and we could all probably work on some of these things in our own lives, striving to become better men overall. Fore more updates and options, pls do well to comment below.
