HOW MONEY CAN CHASE YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND HOW TO SURPASS A FINANCIAL LEVEL.

Image result for moneyNo matter how hard you try to look into it,majority of the country's population have a mind fixed only for the achievement of one purpose: making money.
I have been opportuned to listen to great minds and gather information overtime and one thing I realized is that money has legs. This might sound a little bit awkward as some may begin to ponder over the possibility of that. But whether you see it as literal or nonliteral,if you could combine what you are about to see,you will understand the concept of the legs of money.

What to do????

- HAVE SOMETHING DOING

I often hear a lot of people say that there is no money, the economy is hard, this and that.Well, all those are lies because if there is no money, the banks would have closed down long ago.Everyday,we see people in numbers enter into the banks, filling stations, eateries, fun centers etc. But how come all these money enter into the hands of bankers, filling station people and yet does not come to you??it is simply because no one has seen anything you have that they can give their money for.
Money is circulating everyday in the world,as a matter of fact, someone just made N250,000 just now as you are reading this and is on his way home.So you need money to come to you, first get up and look for something doing.Money is made out of people's ignorance. So look for that ignorance and exploit it. Billionaires are willing to spend their money because they can't do everything. The mechanic who fix their car noticed that part of ignorance and is making money from it.They can't barb their hairs,so their barbers are exploiting and making money from that part of their ignorance. So start looking for a need in people and start solving it and money will wear shoes and start looking for you.

- INVEST IN PEOPLE

A great man " Michael Wonder" once said that the greatest investment a man can have is not in cars nor houses but it is human investment.Your ability to invest in as many people as you can is an asset no one can contend with.Always strive to make someone better, erase a flaw in someone, look for means to improve people in one way or the other. That way you have gained access and influence and this influence gets you connected to affluence(abundance of wealth)

- BE A GIVER

This is one of the most important and sure way of not lacking money.Without even looking at it Biblically, it is natural to know that givers never lack because the moment you give to someone, you have opened an account for the future. Michael Wonder says "Give to people as though you are preparing them to help you tomorrow".Great men are givers. They hold on to,and create opportunities to give. You cannot grow above what you have not given. If a thousand naira is so hard to give to a subordinate or another fellow, just understand that you have not passed the level of a thousand naira. It will keep limiting you and even if you have ten thousand naira with you, it is only an indication that you are limited 10 times. Note that you are not a giver because you gave once. A giver is one that has been able to give countless times.Only that way will you surpass a financial level.

Bearing all this in mind,NOW GET TO WORK!!!!!

HOW TO WIN PEOPLE AND GET THEM DOING WHAT YOU WANT!!!

There is only one way under the heaven to get anybody to do anything. Did you ever stop to think of it?Yes just one way!!

Of course ,you can make a man want to give you his phone by sticking a gun in his ribs, you can make an employee give you full cooperation by threatening to fire him and you can make a child do what you want by a whip. But all these crude methods have sharply undesirable repercussions. The only way I can get you to do anything is by giving you what you want.what do you want???
The deepest urge in human nature is the desire to be important. The few things almost every adult want is

- Health
- Food
- Sleep
- Money and things it will buy.
- Sexual gratification
- A feeling of importance

Almost all these wants are gratified except one longing,as deep,as imperious as the desire for food or sleep which is seldom gratified.it is what I call the desire to be great and important. Everybody likes a compliment. The desire for a feeling of importance is one of the chief distinguishing differences btw mankind and the animals. This desire makes you want to drive the best car, wear the latest styles and have the best gadgets.Do you know how much influence you can have if you can give people this feeling by honest appreciation?

We nourish the bodies of our children, friends and employees. But how much do we nourish their self esteem? We provide them with pizza, roasted beef and salary to give them energy but we neglect to give them kind words of appreciation that would sing in their memories for years like the music of the morning stars. Some people are so hungry and thirsty for appreciation that they will swallow anything just as a starving man can eat grass.Give honest and sincere appreciation and people will cherish your words and treasure them.

So,the only way to influence the other fellow is to talk about what he wants and show him how to get it.So tomorrow, when you try to persuade somebody to do something, before you speak pause and ask yourself "How can I make him want to do it"? That question will stop you from rushing in heedlessly to see people with futile chatter about our desires.Life is built in such a way that our minds have been programmed to understand the give and take system.if you give me money and I sell bread, definitely I will give you bread.

Its not enough to just threaten,or use whips for children. Influence is the power to affect and control. To gain this influence, create and arouse in the other person an eager want, appreciate and give him feeling of importance!!!He who can do this, has the world with him and he who cannot walks a lonely way!!!!

ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

Work is all about execution. It’s about getting
things done, meeting the deadline, collecting the
money, changing the organization. The discipline
is there every month in the cash flow: get any part of the execution wrong, and your organization will see it and feel it at the end of the month. But it is also there in the attitudes of colleagues that change over time.
Yet execution - the ability to make things happen and bring them to completion - is a skill that schools, business schools and short courses tend not to teach. The skill of getting things done is not
an occult art: it can be learned, practiced and improved. The key is leadership and what are
called “soft skills”. Here is how:
I have just finished a research on the Royal Navy. an organization that knows how to plan, how to apply its expertise, and how to deliver. The Navy does most of its work in small groups – just like you.  Half of the Navy works in
an office, just like you. As an organization, ofcourse, it has the capacity to run on command and control, but in practice there is no shouting of orders, no parade-ground bluster, but rather a calm sense of purpose and a strong organizational culture: how many organizations can say that?

The Navy focuses on those “soft skills” – the applied emotional intelligence that, day to day, explains how leaders can motivate, inspire, trust and be trusted by those who work for and live with
them. On a ship or submarine the leaders live
alongside those they lead: sometimes a similar
closeness is there in office work. And so how you
behave is crucial.  It can have a real impact on how
effective you can be.

With the right behaviours you can bring about a
revolution in execution and the way you get things
done. How do you persuade your staff – or your
colleagues – to follow you willingly? How do you
motivate someone to make that extra effort? How
do you ensure that time and money are not wasted? How do you retain staff? How do you survive a difficult or uncertain time?
The set of behaviours is simple. There are five:

1. Know what you are in charge of – in other
words, base your decisions on expert knowledge. Expertise in your own subject –
training, employment law, strategy – is vital so
that your people know that you appreciate what you are talking about. If you are driving a car, know how to drive; if you are driving a
team of people, know those people and know yourself.

2. Know how to delegate – if someone else in your department can do it, let them; look at your diary for the last six months and see how many meetings, initiatives, pitches and so on could have been done by someone else (I guarantee
it will be around 80%); then identify those times when you were doing what you alone could do (20%). Raise that 20% by delegating.

3. Understand what you are asking someone to do – Have a clear sense of the extent of the task you are setting out for them. This is an opportunity for you to show your empathy, appreciate the effort, and to be grateful; celebrate success, learn from failure (and develop a “no fault” policy to encourage people
to improve without losing face).

4. Understand the personal impact you have on your people – you need to develop high levels
of emotional intelligence (some people call this
EQ) so that you can control your own emotions, use them to best effect, understand the effect
they have on others, and be clear about how you influence people. Nobody follows a pessimist: so be cheerful, even if you don’t feel that way.

5. Grow an ethos – simply “the way we do things
round here.” Those “soft skills” are absolutely
vital: they produce behaviours that make the
workplace better. Think of our own values.
Does your organization have them? If so, does it get things done more quickly, and with less waste?
More broadly, HR has a role in promoting ethos or
culture. All successful organizations have a strong
ethos that helps them get things done: for
example, Marks & Spencer (UK clothing and food
retail) have “Quality, Value, Innovation, Service
and Trust”; McKinsey & co (management
consultants), have “Client first, firm second,
individual third”; these are the standards your
people appeal to when a decision needs to be
made quickly.
These “soft skills” actually have little to do with
management; they are all about leadership. As a
matter of fact, management is becoming increasingly mechanized by email, shared data, better communications. Management is about
doing things right.  But leadership is about doing
the right thing – morally, emotionally, tactically -
for the organization. Clearly, leaders must be able
to manage, and managers lead; but get the
balance right. Try keeping a diary to figure out
when you are managing and when you are
leading. Remember, others can manage, but only
you can lead your people.
With the right blend of “soft skills” and hard knowledge (measurement, data, plans etc.) you will find yourself with more time, in a happier
workplace, and able to work on important things rather than just urgent things.  Successful business training courses are now offering those “soft skills” as an essential competency; students are making themselves more employable by acquiring soft skills. So building confidence, learning and handling trust, understanding how to delegate are vital now because in fast-moving and uncertain times, it is qualities and behaviours that
count.

Now, those skills are in demand across business,
charities, and government. I know this because I
talk to all of them. Why the demand? Because
most successes and failures in business are to do
with decisions made by leaders and the speed
with which those decisions are executed. As I said,
there is both a moral and a tactical component;
and with luck and judgement, you’ll be able to say
– What Samuel Okeh always say -  “every time You do the right thing You make money.

5 Ways to Find the Perfect Business Idea

One of the greatest challenges i had in starting my
business was actually coming up with the idea. I
wanted something that was scalable as well as
needed in our society. I combed through hundreds of
ideas before settling on my current venture. Through
this discovery period, I uncovered what I believe are
the five most important concepts in determining
what makes the perfect business idea.

Step One - Knowing your customer: This might
seem strange to start here as how do you know your
customers before you have a business idea in place.
The answer is simple - your customers make the
business, therefore without customers there is no
business. If you have a business idea don't try to
develop the idea around what YOU think potential
customers will like or need, but find out what your
customers actually desire. Too often business owners
get an idea in their head and jump right in with both
feet. However, they soon find out that their target
market does not want what they are offering.
Spending both time and money on a project just to
see it languish is not the perfect business idea.
Let's say you don't already have an idea - getting out
and understand consumers (those who will
eventually become your customers) may lead you to
the perfect idea. Knowing what potential consumers
need and building products to meets those needs will
get customers beating a path to your door - that is a
perfect business idea.

Step Two - Passion: Passion here does not mean
being fanatical about your product or service. But, it
does mean having some interest in what you do.
More times than not, you will be spending 15 to 18
hours a day working on your business in the
beginning - usually for the first 12 to 18 months
(more like 2 years in this economy). You have to
constantly be thinking about ways to improve and
grow your business as well as be out talking about it
to everyone, everywhere. If you end up starting a
venture that you don't have passion for, something
that does not make you jump out of bed each
morning, it will be very hard to put in the hours and
energy to make it successful - thus not a perfect
business idea.

Step Three - Understand Your Competition: Every
business has competition - either direct or indirect.
Think about movie theaters. They have direct
competition from video rental stores or at home
television. They also have indirect competition from
any other activity that consumers spend their
disposable income on like bowling, paint ball, golf,
etc. Anything that people do in their spare time.
Further, some competitors are ruthless. Meaning that
if you promote and offer a product that is similar to
theirs but at a lower price, these competitors will just
lower their price to match or beat you. If they are
already established businesses - they may be able to
undercut your price enough to drive you out of
business.
If you don't know your competition - what they are
willing to do to keep you out of their market - you
may be spending more of your time in a pricing war
then growing your business - not the perfect
business idea.

Step Four - Cash Flow: Lots of entrepreneurs enter
the business world with great ideas but very poor
understanding of the capital it will take to get their
venture off the ground. Most will prototype their
product or service and understand what it takes to
make the product or provide the service but they
don't understand the capital it takes to manage the
rest of the organization - including marketing (very
expensive but extremely necessary), employees
(more than just salaries or wages), insurance or
supplies and all the little miscellaneous expenses
that add up very quickly like phone, internet,
computer services, etc. Knowing your total cash flow
will help ensure that all of your costs (variable and
fixed) can be covered by the business - the perfect
business idea. I have seen way too many businesses
with great products fail because they could not cover
simple expenses like rent or utilities.

Step Five - You: Know who you are. Know your
strengths and weaknesses. Know that you are ready,
willing and able to do what it takes to make your
venture a success. I have worked with many business
owners in the past that think all they have to do is
hang out their shingle and they have it made. Thus,
when it comes down to actually running the business
day-to-day - they are unwilling to invest the time,
energy or money necessary for success. Thus, know
how hard you are willing to work.
Moreover, know your personal financial situation and
what you need the business to generate to cover
your lifestyle. If you think your business will pay you
a great salary from day one - it will not. And, if you
need it to, it is not the perfect business idea for you.
Take away outside distractions like your personal
financial situation - get those in order - thus, when
your business concept does materialize - you will be
able to solely focus on its conception and growth. In
the end providing you the financial security you are
seeking - it will be the perfect business idea.
Regardless of the level of your desire for your
business - a lifestyle mom and pop operation or a
multi-national conglomerate - if you develop a
business idea with these five concepts in mind - your
idea will be the perfect business idea for you.

20 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO BEFORE YOU TURN 30.

Many young people just exist, they have no plan for the future. A man who cannot plan for the future has nothing to live for.

Life automatically places a demand on you to plan.  Things don't just happen. Every outcome today is as a result of the seeds of yesterday. The deception of youth, especially those in the varsity is the misconception that life will automatically begin at a certain age.

SAMBA GALAXY gives you 20 things you should ensure you do before you turn 30.

1.DISCOVER YOURSELF

It is discovery that enlists you for life not necessarily birth.Life is all about contributions. You have to discover how not to be ignored in your society. There are too many empty minds properly dressed moving around the street. Until a man discovers himself, he will remain at the lowest profiles of life.until you know your gifting, you cannot be a gift to your world.Your birthday is the anniversary of the reason why you were born and not the day you were born.people who have not discovered themselves depend on other people for their self definition. Discovery gives you authority.

2.LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT TO SOLVE PROBLEMS.

Your gifting is as good as useless if not used to solve problem in the society. When you use it to solve problems in the world, you will notice that you will have earnings not as salary but on a daily basis as the Case may be.Your gifting has the ability to employ you for a lifetime.

3.YOU MUST CATCH SOME IDEAS ON HOW TO MAKE MONEY.

You must know what way people depend on you. Money is made out of people's ignorance. So check out people's ignorance and exploit it.

4.YOU MUST KNOW THE DEFINITION OF LOVE

Love is not what you think it is.You can't love someone you don't know or someone whose assets and liabilities you can't define.Love is a responsibility and a choice to give and not exploiting someone else.Love does not try to manipulate the other person. It is a way of expressing the true depths of one's heartfelt desires and feelings towards somebody. You must learn how to propose,be plain and put your words together.

5.YOU MUST HAVE READ ATLEAST 30 BOOKS.

A man who does not read is not better than a man who cannot read.To look beautiful without having wisdom makes you a liability. Give value to your beauty and handsomeness by investing in your mind through books.

6.YOU MUST HAVE A PASTOR.

You don't choose your pastor, you discover him.A man without a pastor in his life is spiritually naked.

7.YOU SHOULD BE KNOWN FOR SOMETHING.

Great men are known for a particular thing and not everything. Discover that particular thing and invest in it.

8.YOU SHOULD HAVE A MENTOR.

A mentor is one who speaks into your life and they seem to shape you into where you need to be.
A mentor is not your friend because your friend loves you just the way you are.  But a mentor loves you too much to let you remain the way you are.
When you stand on the shoulders of those who have gone far,you see ahead and better.

9.YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO SAY NO.

Do not live based on the feelings of other people.Let your NO be NO and vice versa. Do not just give in to anything. There are times when you ought to look into the eyes of some people and say "NO"

10.YOU MUST HAVE CONQUERED PROCRASTINATION

Vision is not attained because the visionary lives in procrastination. Procrastination is the solvent that dilutes the concentration of vision.it is the lazy man's apology. Conquer it.

11.YOU SHOULD BE FREE TO USE YOUR MIND.

If your life is not going well, check who has been doing your thinking for you. Use your mind to its fullest.

12.YOU SHOULD HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT.

I believe you know how important it is to have an account or even more than one.so it needs not further deliberation.

13.YOU SHOULD HAVE AN INVESTMENT.

You should have an investment as of a share in a company that produces what people need per time.

14.YOU MUST HAVE DEVELOPED STABILITY OF CHARACTER.

Say what you mean and mean what you say. Watch what you say and control your tongue.

15.YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS.

There is a saying"show me your friends and I will tell you who you are".Your friends are your definition factor. So choose them wisely. An eagle that keeps constant fellowship with chickens will one day forget how to fly.

16.LEARN PROFESSIONAL DINNING ETIQUETTE

As funny and unimportant as you think this is,it is very vital in your life.you fail because you don't know how to pass. Some of the big things of life are hidden in little details.

17.YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEFINE YOUR VISION IN ONE SENTENCE.

A vision that can not be explained in one sentence is set for doom. Let your vision be plain and realistic

18.YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CAR.

Ensure you learn how to. A time will come, it will become an embarrassment

19.YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FINANCIAL ABILITY TO FEED SOMEONE ELSE.

You should have built yourself to the point where you can feed more than just yourself.

20.YOU SHOULD BE BORN AGAIN.

Any man who is in Christ is a new creation. All things are possible to them that believe in the name of Jesus Christ.

Brought to you by SAMBA GALAXY!!!

Man Hangs Self over Lack of Money to Buy Sallah Ram

Residents of Gado-Nasko, Kubwa, Abuja, were Thursday,
thrown into mourning after a 48-year-old Ondo state
indigene, Abdulrazak Wasiu, hung himself for allegedly not
being able to provide enough for his family on the Eid-el
celebration.
Galaxy comms reports that the father of six who reportedly
retired to bed hale and hearty, was seen dangling from his
bedroom ceiling fan at about 7 a.m on Thursday, with his
entire family, wailing over the sad incident.
When they visited the scene of the incident, the deceased’s
wife, Rekiya Wasiu, said she had the
biggest shock of her life when her 4-year-old son beckoned
on her to behold the tragic scene of her husband. Rekiya
said:
“I slept in the children’s room last night because my first
child was ill and it was too late to take her to the hospital,
since we all believed she would get better after some self-
medications.
I told my husband to go to bed that I will join him, only for
me to have slept off in the children’s room.
Earlier yesterday, my husband had complained bitterly that
we may not be able to celebrate the ‘Ileya’ in a grand style
as we intended. I told him all will be well, that a miracle
could happen before morning. All through yesterday, he
was moody,” she sobbed.
A neighbour called me at about 5 p.m yesterday to say he
saw my husband at abattoir, where they sell rams and
cows. He said my husband was probably negotiating to buy
one. He said he later saw him sitting on the floor with his
hand on his chin. I called my husband to please come back
home but he said if he didn’t buy the biggest ram, he would
rather kill himself. I thought it was just a joke. He however,
came home much later empty handed and we laughed over
everything.
I don’t know what to do,” the mother of six lamented.
Where do I start from? How can I bear the shame that my
husband killed himself because he couldn’t provide Sallah
for his family? What kind of life is this?” Rekiya quizzed
rhetorically.
When asked if her husband was perhaps depressed over
something else, she said:
“No way. I know my husband well enough. Nothing else
was bothering him. He is a truck driver and in a week, he
makes enough to cater for us and keeps in the bank but
throughout last week, the owner of the trucks he drives, had
issues with the police and all his trucks were confiscated.”
A neighbour, who simply identified himself as Ebuka, said:
“Oga Wasiu sabi celebrate Sallah. If he no fit do this one, e
mean say he go kill himself?
“Well, it is quite unfortunate,” Ebuka added, saying a doctor
in the neighbourhood said he was already dead immediately
residents rushed in to the scene after his wife raised an
alarm.
When contacted, Chief Superintendent Nurudeen Sabo, the
Divisional Police Officer (DPO) at Kubwa Police Command,
confirmed the incident and said, “Wonders shall never end.”
He, however, ordered that the corpse be deposited at a
nearby hospital but Rekiya debunked saying there would be
no need for that.
She said:
“We are Muslims and we don’t keep dead bodies for too
long. I have contacted our kinsmen in the resident and they
are on their way.
As at press time, however, the kinsmen were yet to arrive
the scene. The corpse was wrapped with white linen in a
mat and deposited at the balcony.

Student caught at Lagos airport with 10.255kg of drugs hidden in garri

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency
(NDLEA) Thursday arrested a student and four other
suspected drug traffickers with 10.255 kilogrammes of
narcotics at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport,
(MMIA), Lagos.
Speaking on the arrest, NDLEA Airport Commander, Mr.
Ahmadu Garba said that the suspects were apprehended
for their involvement in smuggling drug hidden in garri
adding that two of the drug suspects were coming from
Brazil with cocaine while three others were going to South
Africa, Dubai and Pakistan when they were arrested.
Mr. Garba further gave the names of those apprehended as
“26 year old student Okonkwo Daniel Anagor, was caught
with 2.810kgs of Tramadol on his way to Dubai, Lawal
Monsuru Ademola, 33 year old trader was arrested with
3.310kgs of methamphetamine on his way to South Africa
while Ogbonna Donatus Chigozie was caught attempting to
smuggle 610 grammes of cocaine to Pakistan. Two other
suspects, Okoro Chibueze Augustine and Okpue Ernest
Ifeanyi were caught with 2.575kgs and 950 grammes of
cocaine from Brazil”.
Meanwhile Chairman of NDLEA, Ahmadu Giade while
reacting to the recent arrests called on Nigerians to shun
drug trafficking and promote peaceful coexistence.
“Some of the lessons of Eid el Kabir are obedience and
love. Let us love one another and obey the laws of the land
by avoiding drug trafficking and abuse. This way we can
promote safety and peaceful coexistence”.
The NDLEA boss also advised the suspects to turn a new
leaf and contribute to nation building stressing further that
all the five suspects would soon be charged to court.
Narrating his ordeal, one of the suspects, Mr. Okonkwo
David Anagor who was to board Rwanda Air flight to Dubai
told anti-graft investigators that he wanted to spend some
time after his secondary school and further his education in
Dubai.
According to him, “I was traveling to Dubai to spend
holiday and further my studies but they called me from
Dubai that somebody will give me garri in Lagos.
When I got to Lagos, the person called me and gave me the
bag of garri. This is my first time of traveling outside the
country. At the airport, the garri was searched and 445
sachets of Tramadol were found inside the bag. That was
